Hi everyone, I wanted to tell you that I had great experience using ATS Rentals. The customer service agent(kim?) was very helpful and took the time to help me choose that right video camera I needed to rent. I was surprised how the video camera came with every possible cable, not just the essential fire wire and power cord. If I need to rent something again I wish they had a login so I don't have to re-enter all my info, and also the add to cart button should be closer to the product, so redesign and keep all the up-selling on the side or confirmation page, don't confuse or annoy me when I'm trying to checkout like Godaddy does.
